Dr. Alon Vaisman:
I think one of the first things that needs to be done is to educate people who are going back to work to let them know about what needs to be done at the workplace understanding the kinds of symptoms that you might have from COVID-19 so that people are not going to work sick and they're reporting to their occupational health departments and also letting their team know because one of the ways we can start to see problems as if people come back to work they have symptoms they're spreading the virus to other people in their offices and their workplaces and that creates a problem. The second thing is to make sure that the workplaces can effectively social distance, what that means is having workspaces that are probably going to have to be modified compared to what they were before, to make sure that half that staff can actually be safely spaced between each other doing their work safely that includes lounges includes when they're eating includes what they're doing their work. And then a third thing is to make sure that people are aware of hand hygiene and the importance that plays in the workplace we think of this very commonly in healthcare settings and frontline staff are very educated about that. But I think from now on everyone in the population needs to understand the importance of washing your hands keeping your hands away from your face and having good hygiene in general.
